In this podcast, Mrs. Kelli Dennis, Career Engagement Coordinator, talks about how the Lebanon School Corporation’s Work-Based Learning (WBL) program is making a real difference in students’ lives. The program gives seniors the chance to gain hands-on experience through year-long internships, helping them apply what they’ve learned in the classroom to real-world careers. With the support of local partners, the program has grown since its 2016 start, offering more students the opportunity to explore their future goals. Tune in to discover how WBL is not only helping students build valuable skills, but also paving the way for their success beyond graduation.
